How to Assemble

1. Place the base on a flat and stable surface.
2. Secure the supplied screw into the bottom of the base.
3. Connect the wider end of the thick pole to the screw.
4. Attach and tighten the thin pole to the upper end of the thick pole.
5. Connect the ball attachment to the top of the thin pole.
6. Check that all parts are firmly secured before playing.

Assembly Tool Required: A cross-head screwdriver may be required for installation.

How to Play

1. Position the trainer in a clear playing area.
2. Stand at a comfortable distance and hold the paddle firmly.
